Dale Ray is a globe-trotting fly angler who has traveled the world fishing some of the most remote destinations on the planet—from Honduras to the Seychelles, Oman, Christmas Island and many places in between.
In this informal, story-driven talk, Dale will focus on a handful of iconic species and the places he has fished them, sharing adventures, mishaps, practical fishing and travel lessons, and what years of destination travel have taught him. Along the way, Dale will reflect on how destination travel has evolved from being only about the fishing to becoming just as much about the people and places encountered along the journey.
